About my charity : Friends of Amani (UK) formerly Guerba for Good Friends of Amani (UK) formerly Guerba for Good
Amani Children's Home takes care of orphans and street-children at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. It rescues children from malnutrition, homelessness, and abuse. Amani supports over 140 children and is committed to providing a safe place for children to grow in mind, body and spirit. See www.amanikids.org.

IRONMAN

For a bit of background, the Ironman race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometres) ocean swim followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometre) bike ride and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometre) marathon. I'm hoping to complete the race between 12 and 13 hours.
