Chris Longhurst and myself are running the gruelling uphill course to raise money for a good cause, so please sponsor us!

This is a great chance to support Harefield Hospital, as reporter for the Harefield Gazette, and an ideal  time to support the community and get involved.

I've never done any kind of sponsored running, the most I usually do is running for a train or bus. But 5k sounds easy....!

I will be joined by former Harefield Reporter Chris Longhurst who I have persuaded to do the run again after he expertly completed it last year!
