On the 7th June I will be starting off on my 3rd Football to Amsterdam ride, on previous rides I have have the privilege to ride alongside prostate cancer survivors and also the pain of cycling with those that have lost loved ones.  Prostate cancer claims a victim in the UK every 45 minutes. It can be stopped and this ride will continue to raise funds to make sure it is stopped. I will once again proudly be riding for Spurs and our Cycle on you Spurs team,  Your support means so much to me and I am always grateful.
