On Sunday the 14th June at 8:30 I'll be attempting to run 10k for DGSM Yourchoice organised by Erica Snow.
It's taking place at Bluewater shopping centre, although hopefully the circuit isn't a shop crawl.
As some of you are aware I have recently become very unfit - so this will be a challenge. See attached video for a sneak preview of my training.
