Yowsa! Bathers has for some reason decided that it would be a good idea to run the Great North Run this year. Two years in a row running the Cardiff Half Marathon is clearly not enough!

So...here is where you come in. This year (as in the past) I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK. A worthwhile cause I think you'll agree. Please *please* sponsor me as much as you can afford and please remember to tick the "giftaid" box if you are a UK taxpayer.

My training regime starts in earnest over the coming weeks so those that see me should start seeing the pounds dropping off...you'll know your money is in (aherm) safe hands!
