Once again, I am in vigorous training preparing for the Norwood 400 kilometre bike ridein the mountains of Kerala, Southern India  in November.

The attached photograph was taken last year on our Brazil charity bike ride.  With your help, I am hoping to improve on the £6,000 I raised for Norwood, and therefore hope you will sponsor me generously, in what will surely be a test of my mental and physical ability!!

Once again, I will be paying all my own costs, so that every penny I raise will be donated to this very worthwhile charity.
