I have decided to undertake my 3rd London to Brighton bike ride, on my 3rd different bike (not by choice)!

This year I will be taking part with a 50-man team from Lend Lease (my employer), which should be a lot of fun. I highly recommend you all come along to meet me in Brighton at the other end. There will be much beer, including a free drink and burger generously put on by Lend Lease.

All donations gratefully accepted, and proceeds go to the BHF. After all, cancer isn't the only disease killing folks these days.
