Thank You to all that donated this year - both online & off. I have brought my fundraising to a close now with a total of £942.30 being sent to Core.

I was diagnosed with Oesophageal Cancer back in November 2006. I lost my oesophagus to surgery in December that year & since then have made a great recovery.

I have been involved with Loch Lomond Youth Soccer Festival since the year 2000 as festival administrator and recovered enough after my operation to organise the 2007 event and me & the festival are still going strong.

I ran in the Fresh'n'Lo 10k run on 6th September and completed the course in 1 hour 7 minutes 11 seconds.

This was the first time that I used JustGiving and I have to say that it worked in allowing people from many areas & as far afield as Canada to donate and support me & Core. I will certainly use JustGiving again next year.
