Story

I have now completed my challenge of doing the 3 legs of an Ironman triathlon, but in a rather cowardly on 3 separate days.

I started on 7 May by running the Belfast Marathon – distance 26.25 miles - in 3hrs 53mins

On 27 May, I did “The Big Fish Swim” in Reading – distance 3.8km, in 1hr 27 mins.

On 2 June, I cycled 113 miles, 105 miles of which was in the Bristol Rugby Community “Break the Cycle Challenge” from Bristol RFC – Bath RFC – Gloucester RFC – Bristol RFC.  I did this with 3 friends and our time for the event was 7hr 10mins, and it took me another 35 mins to do my extra miles.

So now do your bit - make a generous donation to a great cause!
