Story
Hey, I'm running the Sheffield Half Marathon on April 25th 2010. Its my first time after only taking up running about 6 months ago but only recently thought I could go a reasonable distance. As an extra incentive for me to finish I wanted to do it for a charity so I've chosen Macmillan Cancer Support. Cancer has effected my immediate family more than once in the past few years so it seems fitting.
I am not asking for much but I put a target of £54.00 - so that is £4 raised for every mile I run, any help towards that total and I'll be your BFF 4eva :-))
Oh, I am aiming to do it in about 2 hours but finishing ahead of the sweeper bus will also do me (under 3 hours).
Thanks
Adam
