Gareth does Tri Windermere for @jjack100

Tri Windermere · 29 June 2014
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I can't ride the Manchester 100 mile this year, but I am doing my first Olympic distance Triathlon in windy and hilly Windermere! So I'm going to raise money for JJ by doing that.
In Oct 2011 Andy and Alex Johnson found out that their son Jack had Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a terminal, incurable disease that affects approximately 1 in every 3,500 boys worldwide.
They set up Joining Jack to raise awareness of this little-known disease and help raise funds to further research into finding a cure.
Joining Jack is a great charity supported by the whole Rugby League community, who have really come together to help the family and others in a similar position, so I'm excited to be a part of that.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. So please dig deep and donate now.
Thanks!
Gareth
