Provide information, advice and support for children and adults with TS and their families. Raise awareness amongst public and professionals in Scotland to improve understanding and acceptance. Produce newsletters, advice sheets and leaflets and host open days, information days and fun days locally

Story

<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p><strong>This year I will be running to raise funds for Tourette Scotland and the amazing work they do.</strong></p> <p>Tourette Syndrome is a complex neurological condition which is not emotional in its origin.&nbsp; It is more than just 'tics', i.e. involuntary movements and sounds, for the majority of sufferers and is commonly associated with conditions such as Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour/Disorder, ADHD (Attention Defecit Hyperactivity Disorder), Motor-skills/co-ordination difficulties and more.</p> <p>&nbsp;Please check out the website for a more detailed look at the fantastic and essential work Tourette Scotland do.</p>
