So, yes, I'm doing the Iceland Trek. For those of you who don't know the place it's pretty hilly and likely to be wet and cold. I will be crossing rivers by foot and camping all week!

AAH's Scientific Committee pioneered the therapeutic milk formula currently used worldwide by the international aid community to treat acute malnutrition. As a result, the global mortality rate of severe malnourished children under the age of five has been reduced from 25% to 5%. They provide training in nutrition, water and sanitation, food security and health care to ensure self-sufficiency and to assist communities in rebuilding.
