Most of you know why we are running for the Prostate Cancer Charity. But aside from the personal motivation we feel it is really important to be part of the team helping to raise awareness of prostate cancer, and of course to help raise money for the The Prostate Cancer Charity who fund research and support families affected.
The training has been hard work but every run, cycle ride and gym session has been worth the sweat. The big day is looming and we can't wait!
