I am running the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon in aid of Edale Mountain Rescue because, as most of you know, when James fell (over 3 years ago now!!) they were entirely responsible for his rescue and also helping to keep me sane.

Mountain Rescue services depend entirely on volunteers, despite being regarded as an emergency service. They were my angels then, and I have been planning a way to say thank you for a while, so I would be unbelievably grateful for any help to make my gratitude as generous as possible.
