I will be running the Asics British 10k run in London on 6th July to raise money for Skanda Vale Hospice in Carmarthenshire, Wales.

Please, please, please dig deep and sponsor me! This is such a great cause. I have visited the hospice myself and I was so surprised at how bright and cheery the place was, while still being a very relaxing, calm and loving environment.

The money raised will be used to refurbish and convert their top floor, enabling them to expand their services and include an in-patient facility.
