I will be digging out the trainers again this year to run the Asics British 10k in London on 12th July to raise money for Skanda Vale Hospice.
Please, please, please dig deep and sponsor me! This is such a great cause. I have visited the hospice myself and it's a beautiful place. The team there have created a relaxing, calm and loving environment, that really makes a difference for the families that need it.
The hospice is run entirely through donations and voluntary service and is free for anyone who needs it. The money raised will be used to refurbish and convert their top floor, enabling them to expand their services and include an in-patient facility.
