Story
Whizz-Kidz is a really inspirational charity that transforms the lives of thousands of disabled children and young people by providing them with the correct mobility equipment and giving them opportunities to have fun, make friends, learn new skills and, most of all, achieve their potential. We all witnessed the phenomenal talent, skills and ambitions of disabled people during the Paralympics, and Whizz-Kidz wants to capitalise on the legacy of the Games - to create more access to sport, but also to offer greater opportunity for young disabled people across all areas of society.
That's why we (Rahul Moodgal and Nick Goldup) are undertaking this challenge - to cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise £250,000 for Whizz-Kidz.
£250,000 will enable us to reach our goal - to eliminate the Whizz-Kidz backlog for much needed trikes across the UK and provide equipment that will transform their lives.
The new equipment will change their lives overnight, giving them independent mobility that opens the door to a future full of hope and potential.
