We've all been touched by cancer in some way throughout our lives, it pops up out of nowhere and destroys lives without reason or warning, the cure cannot come soon enough

We are riding 285km from Zurich through the mountainous spine of Switzerland to Geneva over one October weekend to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research, a charity whose aim is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured

Please help us surpass out target by giving any amount you can, because beating cancer relies on every pound, every hour, every person.

PROGRESS:

05.10.2013 - WE DID IT!! 171km Zurich to Payerne on the first day was long and tough, we got caught in the rain and drenched in the morning, and we finally arrived in Payerne at 9pm to a warm welcome from Marisa and Katie. 110km the next day up the long steep hills under neuchatel and down to Lausanne was tough, and the final push home to Geneva was long and slow as our bodies failed us. Luzja and Amelie waiting at the finish line was a nice surprise. Thanks to all....... Now Rest

29.09.2013 - Nice Sunday 90km amble to Montreux, the final practice run before the big event. 285km, 3 men, 2 days, 1 GOAL..... 

22.09.2013 - 104km the LONG way round the lake to Lausanne.... THIS CAN BE DONE

17.09.2013 - 40km SPRINT to Nyon Conservatoire and back, Pace: 31kph.... 

14.09.2013 - 80km Saturday ride Geneva to Vevey along the beautiful Lake Geneva... double that and thats our first day!!

10.09.2013 - 42km Evening ride Geneva to Nyon and back in the darkness! Lucky one of our lights worked...

31.08.2013 - 82km from Geneva to AIGLE - 3 Hours moving time, 2,000 calories burned, 850m climbed.... this is getting tough.

27.08.2013 - 40km Fast Hilly run up to Hermance and Beyond, beautiful cycling by the lake on a sunny evening.

25.08.2013 - Third Practice Ride - A 43km Sunday Sprint from Geneva to Nyon and back... Starting to enjoy this! 285km is only 6.6x further...

20.08.2013 - Second Practice Ride - 40km Sprint Geneva to Nyon and Return... Into the wind on the way there was killer... the return was heavenly... legs still getting used to this!

18.08.2013 - First Practice Ride - 60km Geneve to Lausanne
Sore legs bums and necks... this is going to take some work.....
