I am currently training for the Great Manchester 10km run!

As well as getting a little fitter, this event is to raise funds for Action on Disability & Development (ADD) a charity that raises money for projects for disabled people in Africa and Asia.  The money that I raise from this event will go towards projects that will empower disabled people, help them realise their human rights and let them live as independent lives as possible.
