My story
Hey there folks, thanks for stopping by.
For 23 days in September, my friend Dafydd and I are going to be cycling the length of the UK, from Land's End to John o' Groats. It's a journey of around 1,050 miles. We're going to be cycling between 35 and 65 miles a day, with a couple of rest days long the way. It'll be a once in a lifetime ride.

As part of the ride, I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK: my family has been through the mill with cancer, with both my mother and sister having been affected by it - though I'm happy to say they're both fit and well now.
