I will be competing/participating in this year's London Triathlon to raise money for Crisis.

The event takes place in Docklands on the 10th August and consists of a 1500m swim, 40k cycle and 10k run.

Crisis is a wonderful organisation that has been working with Britain's homeless people for over thirty years. The charity aims to fight homelessness and empower people to fulfil their potential and transform their lives.
