I've entered the Great Manchester 10K and am running to raise funds for Unison Welfare. I'm hoping to run my best time of the year in this race and it would be great if you had a pound or two to spare to help those people having a tough time of it at the moment. Pay freezes and increases in things like energy bills have left many people struggling and via Unison Welfare I can help them.
