Gill and I will be cycling to Paris 350 odd miles at the end of May a great personal challenge and an opportunity for us to raise funds for Help for Heroes. We are both passionate about the cause and the pain we will suffer does not compare with the sacrifices that our troops make every day.

2009 will be an exciting year as we both hit the big 60 and become grandparents so what better way to celebrate.
