The Bendrigg Trust is an activity centre for people of all groups can go to and do outdoor sports. I have volunteered up there for nearly three years and seeing people who have disbailities gain confidence and enjoy trying new things is great to see. any questions please ask.
I am doing the Great North Swim on 12th September. A mile swim in Windermere my second time. I hope to beat my 45 mins and 3secs i did last year
