I am doing the Great North Swim for the second time on September 12th. a mile swim in Windermere.
I am raising money for the Bendrigg Trust, who provide adventure holidays for people of disadvantaged groups including people who have disabilities. I have volunteered for them for nearly three years. I have seen people gain confidence and enjoy the experinces of outdoor pursuits such as rock climbing and caving, canoeing and archery.
