Emma and I are running a half marathon.  It's crazy, I know, and I'd much rather be sleeping, but we sort of have to.

Dorothy House helped look after my mother in the final months of her life.  They are a fantastic charity who did, and do, a brilliant job.  The nurses they sent round were charming and very caring, and when nothing else is going right this support is vital.  So, we thought we'd get our sports kit on and try and raise some money for them, so that they can continue to provide this care to other people, who, sadly, may be in the same situation we were.
