I know that I probably only hit you up for cash last year, but I've foolishly decided to run the Bath Half Marathon again.  This time it's to raise money, on behalf of my wife Emma, who is being supported by the Butterfly Thyroid Cancer Trust.

(Even worse, this year I'm running with my bro-in-law, Nick, who's quite a fit chap and may well leave me eating his dust!)
