Personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

In 2008 I am going to be raising money for a project called Dig Deep.

In August 2007 Peter FitzSimmons and Jo Zeevi, two gap year students, travelled to Kenya and visited the Massai village of Endonyo-Narasha. Residents of the village have to walk miles each day to collect clean water despite having fresh clean water deep beneath their feet.

They know the water is there as a hydrological survey has revealed this. A bore-hole and well to get to that water would cost £25,000 which is well beyond the financial reach of the village.

So Peter and Jo have formed their own highly professional charity to raise funds to dig the well. They are an impressive pair despite only recently graduating from University. They will be using an approved and accredited Kenyan company to dig the well.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Dig Deep (Africa) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. It will also give you an extra 28% chance in the prize draw....

For every pound you donate through this page, you'll get a chance to win the prize pool I am putting together. The more you give, the more chance you have. So far, we have on offer...

A bottle of  Pol Roger Brut - kindly donated by me

A bottle of  Laurent Perrier - kindly donated by Leos Advertising Agency

A bottle of  Champagne - kindly donated by The StopGap Group

A bottle of Vintage Port - kindly donated by Dan Outram of Linneys Group

The Prize Pool is only going to grow . If you'd like to donate something to the Prize Pool then please let George know.
