Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

On Saturday 7 June 2008 the 'WaterAid Trial 100' aimed to put teams of walkers on one hundred of Britain's best loved peaks

I was part of one of several Scottish Water/Scottish Water Solutions teams attempting to climb in Glencoe. Our team  tackled Bidean nam Bian see photo taken at the summit. Believe me, every penny raised in sponsorship was well earned!!

Thanks to all who sponsored me, and it's still not too late for you to donate!

Without wanting to sound too much like Bono, or Uncle Bob Geldorf, by the time you have finished reading this, at least 10 children will have died due to the lack of clean drinking water, poor sanitation and lack of hygiene education . WaterAid works to address these issues  in 17 countries with some of the world's poorest people.

Thanks, and please sponsor me.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: WaterAid gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
