Thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the Hydro Active Women's Challenge. I ran nearly the whole way, despite being sick behind a tree around the 4km mark. (This was in part due to my parents' sixtieth birthday party on Saturday night - damn you parents!!!)

The Variety Club Children's Charity improves the lives of sick, disabled and disadvantaged children across the U.K. Our work ranges from providing Sunshine Coaches to funding major hospital appeals to providing basic items that will improve the lives of individual children. Each year we donate electric wheelchairs, specialist beds, car seats, sensory equipment, standing frames and many other items that can change the life of a child. We benefit from the hard work of several hundred members whose voluntary contributions mean that at least 90p in every £1 raised goes straight to the children.
