Royal Marines Benevolent Fund

The RMBF was formed to relieve need, distress or hardship suffered by any person who is serving, has served or is a dependant of a Royal Marine, irrespective of rank. It also provides immediately on the death of either a serving RM or a reservist on duty a sum of money for the next of kin to help them cope with any pressing financial matters.

My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. This page is in memory of Royal Marine Georgie Sparks, who died on 27th November 2008 fighting on the front line in Afghanistan aged 19 years old.

He will forever be in our thoughts, one in a million, our hero. He gave so much and asked for so little in return. He was truely loved by all and touched so many hearts.

Please help us to raise money in memory of Georgie for all the other heroes in this world.
