OK, so after spending 3 and a half years persuading other people to do sports events for Leukaemia Research, this year I have somehow agreed to do one myself!

On August 9th I will be taking part in the London Triathlon. Madly this will include swimming in the London Docklands, then cycling around Canary Wharf and then if I have any enery left, running around East London.
