Earlier this year I decided to apply to run the Great North Run which is just over 13 miles! So on September 20th I will be running in aid of CICRA, a charity close to home.

CICRA stands for Crohn's In Childhood Research Association. It helps children with an inflammatory bowel disease, a very debilitating condition that at present has no cure.

I know many of you have already sponsered me (thank you!), this page is just to hopefully raise more donations from those I didn't get a chance to get hold of. Pleease help me to reach my target, anything is much appreciated :)
