On the 8th June 2008 I'm going to be taking part in a 5K sponsored run in Heaton Park, Manchester with all money raised going to 'Action for M.E.'

Having personally witnessed the effects of M.E. I believe that 'Action for M.E.' is a vital charity for this debilitating and often misunderstood illness.
