As a celebration of my fiftieth year on this planet I have decided to cycle for charity. I’m no Lance Armstrong so I won’t be going for the ‘yellow jersey’, but I will be cycling approximately 600kms through the forests and mountain passes of Mongolia. Not satisfied with testing my endurance by cycling 50-75kms a day I will be camping wild, sharing my sleeping area with yaks and other wildlife no doubt! Not the type of accommodation that I am used to on a trip. However, I’m sure you will agree that this short test of endurance compared with the hardship that some children have, is not a lot to go through. There are thousands of dedicated children in Britain who selflessly forego a normal childhood to take care of family and loved ones, responsibilities normally associated with adults. Please help me to help Honeypot give these children a chance to be children. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Honeypot Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
