Many of you will be aware that I'm currently limbering up for the Great North Run on 20th September 2009 - one of 52,000 runners taking part in what is billed as "THE most iconic half-marathon on the planet!!!"....and only a scary 24 days to go before the big day!!

Feeling enthusiastic after finishing the 2008 London Marathon in 4hrs.10mins and raising £3500 for Round Table Childrens Wish I thought lets not stop there...................
