Diabetes has left its mark on my family. Brother Richard (left) had it from aged 7 to curtains at 27. Another brother's got it and my dad had it when he died a couple of years ago.  I'm walking for them and every other pie eater that's got it! The walk is The Offa's Dyke National Trail, from Chepstow to Prestatyn (google it).  It's about 300 kilometers!
