Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Our nurses work night and day in people’s homes and our hospices offer specialist care. We also support people emotionally, provide practical information, and match them with trained volunteers.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In June 2011 Bruce Robertson, Graeme McKinley, Nick Forrest, Andris Apsa, Fraser Young, Nick Waterman and Matt Hannah are cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. We are tackling the 900 mile challenge in memory of Alison Hannah who lost her fight with cancer in April 2003 so please dig deep and support us as much as you can.

Marie Curie and their nurses offer exceptional end of life care to terminally ill patient's. The amazing thing is that it is provided for free and can make some of their patients last wishes come true.

Your backing is really appreciated and it will keep us going on the ride knowing that your generosity will be going straight to such a deserving cause.

Many thanks

Matt (on behalf of the team)
