Sunday 21st May 2006 - Great Manchester Run

Was it a 10k run or a 10k swim I don't know, but the weather didn't dampen the spirits of those involved in the day. Thanks for checking back to the page to find out how I went on and what time I managed to complete it in. The good news is I managed to knock a full four minutes off last years time, however a tinge of bad news, I didn't smash the 50 minute barrier, completing the race in 53 mins 20 secs.

All systems are go now for October 1st, when I hit the road for the second time ths year in the prestigious "Great North Run" half marathon (13.2 miles)
