I will be in a team marching from Plymouth to London (http://mercurysmarch.co.uk/default.aspx)  from 18 - 23 August 2008 in order to raise money for Help for heroes (http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/).

I will be doing my bit to help our Lads and Lasses (through accepting the pain and discomfort for a short time during the march) and you can do your bit by sponosring me.  With Charity every little helps so please if you are able then make a donation.
