On Sunday 6th September I am taking part in the Adidas Women's 5km Challenge in Hyde Park. I intend to complete the course in my wheelchair with the help of my daughter Emma, sister Jackie, & a few friends.

I am raising money for the Herts MS Therapy Centre (HMSTC), which I attend 3 times a week & would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to sponsor me.

The Centre offers extensive therapies including Physiotherapy, Reflexology & High Dosage Oxygen treatment, which can help improve or ease symptons of MS. HMSTC is an independent charity, founded in 1983. Therefore it receives no funding from Goverment, the Health Service or any statutory body. The running costs are over £200,000 per year so any donation is greatly appreaciated
