Yes my training started later than planned but has gone well but will I break the 4 hour barrier this time, who knows, third time lucky may be just 5 mins to shave off. 

So to take my mind off getting to that milestone I am running for Shelter and setting another target of raising a useful amount of money for their cause.  I will be running in the Shelter vest (not quite mad enough to wear a foam house costume).
