Hello kind person, and thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

I have decided to do the Great South Run in October and try to raise some money for the Help for Heroes charity. Help for Heroes supports service personnel wounded in current conflicts. They are presently aiming to fund a new swimming pool for Headley Court, the rehabilitation centre.

Since Owen's arrival my fitness regime has been somewhat slack, so as well as supporting a great charity your donations will give me the virtual nudge I need to go out for that training run!
