Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  In April I will aim to complete my first marathon in London. I am excited yet nervous about the challenge which lies ahead for me. Training is going well and I am on target to finish the marathon successfully.  Thank you to all those who have helped me with my training.

My dad, after his accident currently faces his own challenge, learning again how to use his limbs. He is doing this in the spinal unit of the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield hence the choice of charity.   Once the hospital recieve some money they will email me to ask which part of the hospital I would like it to go to. My dad like many others in the hospital face challenges far harder than a marathon. Hopefully the money raised will provide something useful for the patients in the unit, many of whom are along way from home.

Not long to go now and most of my training has been done. I think I am ready, I hope I am ready.  My feet are recovering atfer a half marathon a few weeks ago and I am hopeful I can avoid blisters on the big day now.
