i've finally managed to get round to doing the 5k i've been threatening to do since i felt guilty supporting yvonne at her 5k last year because i did not man up and give it a go then!!  this year things like the take that concert have got in the way so i'm embracing it at last!

 

doing the 5k big fun run in aberdeen at hazelhead park on the 11th october (yes volleyball people, we have a night out on the 10th!!) so would really really really appreciate if you could donate any money that you have going spare.  i've decided to do it for deafblind scotland because recently 1) alot of my patients have hearing difficulties (being of age and man are hearing aids a pain!!) AND 2) i recently worked with one specific person with pretty severe sight difficulties which was an eye opener for me and i think is well scary!
