If you are visiting my page for the first time, then hello & welcome.

I have just come back from my 10-day Trek along the Great Wall of China. It was an amazing experience with the most beautiful views and challenging walks, which were quite risky at times. I travelled with a great group of people, from different walks of life but with the same goal in common - to help existing and future Bowel Cancer sufferers.

Again, a great big Thank you  to everyone, for sponsoring me. All your support is truly appreciated and will be remembered. However, my journey does not end at the Great Wall, my next challenge was to be the ASICS British 10K London run on 6 July 2008 but unfortuately due to a leg injury I could not partake in the race.

Yet, there are many opportunities still out there, so pease keep the sponsorship monies coming in...
