Story
Archie the Westie came to us in 2007 and having him for a few months we realised he needed a buddy. Thanks to Laura, Widget, (then named Lucy), came to us from Battersea and from the moment she bounced through the door play began! Then a few months ago, OB came to visit us with his foster mum. He fitted in so well and makes us smile every day, so guess fostering wasn't an option......... he's still here!
Another Battersea success!
Every year Battersea help thousands of lost and abandoned dogs and cats but none of this would be possible without your help. It costs over £10 million a year to care for all the dogs and cats that come into the Home. Every penny raised helps.....for example just £25 will feed over 50 dogs for one day! I would like to give something back to the Home and I hope to embark on a 5 day, 200km dog sledding trek to the Arctic Circle in March next year. It wont be easy with an average temperature of -25c and up to 60km trekking per day, but with your help I'm sure we will make it!
