My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

This was my first marathon and I naively set myself a target of 3 hours 24 minutes (there was a reason for this but I won't go into that here). I actually finished in 3 hours and 54 minutes, not as good as I'd hoped but under the magic 4 hours. I'm now very sore!

I ran for the Dementia Relief Trust, an excellent charity providing specially trained Admiral Nurses in a similar role to the more well known MacMillan Nurses.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Dementia Relief Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
