We train amazing hearing dogs to transform the lives of deaf people

Story

Greetings, Gentle Reader!

How lovely you are to click through to here. As you know, I've gone and signed up for the privilege of walking on fire. I realise this could be construed as madness, so to ameliorate the loopiness, it's all in a good cause.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People are deeply cool. They train little rescue doggies to let their owners know when the doorbell goes, or when the dinner's done, and they are so smart, they even recognise fire and smoke alarms, thus saving lives. I like charities like that - it's win-win for everyone, and it makes me feel all warm and fluffy (although hopefully not too warm and burney), to do something towards this most excellent cause.

So, if the thought of those cute little rescue doggies, or of my little kitty paws trotting over those coals gets you where you're squidgey, how about sponsoring me? I'm not going to suggest an amount as it's all good, but your support is very much appreciated. Now, here's the techy bit:

"Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Hearing Dogs For Deaf People will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you."

Thanking you most kindly,

Puss x
