THANKS FOR PLAYING IN AND SUPPORTING THE 2008 VAO CHARITY GOLF DAY!

Thanks to all the players and helpers on the day and the Tytherington Club who were great hosts! We are just adding up the monies raised in the next couple of days and will update the total. All monies go to VAO minus the fees we need to pay the Tytherington Club. No donated monies were spent on organising the event. We did it in our own spare time :)

VAO works by sending abroad teams of volunteer optomerists and dispensing opticians. VAO also collects unwanted glasses in the UK, cleans them up and then sends them overseas so that people can use them to get back to work, back to school and looking after their families.
